UPS Shipping Labels
Login to our UPS account (see Mondays for login info)
What You’ll Need:
- Box dimensions and weight
- Ship to address
- Reference text (part number, manufacturer and quantity)
- Packing slip or RGA (if applicable)
- UPS sticker labels for printer
General UPS Shipping Process
1. Create UPS Label
– After packing material and getting measurements, go to the online store and create – shipment using FLX login info
– Confirm if product is shipping to the job site. Use either pre-existing address or create a new address.
– Enter dimensions, add reference #1, and choose ship speed (typically cheapest)
– Print label on stickers provided
2. Create Packing Slip in OASIS
– Find the associated order in oasis
– Select the items you plan to ship from the order (using the ‘sel’ box on the item line). (If items are not on the order, they need to be created and the customer sell price confirmed)
– Go to -> Tools -> Print packing slip
3. Enter UPS Tracking in OASIS
– Once the shipping labels have been created, enter the tracking in the appropriate shipping line in Oasis.
– Use ‘FLX’ for the LOC setting in the shipping info.
4. Enter UPS Cost OASIS
– Include the total cost of the shipping in an internal note under one of the items.
