1. Entering a New Bid in Oasis

Go to Oasis -> Projects

In the Overview tab, enter Project name

In the ‘Initial Phase’ ‘General’ Tab enter:

1. Phase name: Leave as initial Phase usually
2. Location: Location City
3. Check box labeled ‘Show on Bid Board’
4. Current Bid Date: Set to 4 days from today’s date unless otherwise specified

Entering Freight

Always enter freight at the end of bid – either estimated or noted.
