Create New Vendor PO

Must Do’s …

* Bids must have manufacturer, quantity and price to create a PO.
* To order, you must select a winning customer
* In addition, confirm the ship to address, add phone number to call ahead and enter this into ‘Order Details’

Creating a Vendor PO

Click the green PO button on the bar above the bid items.
Select checkmark only items you wish to order now
Blue highlights in a project signify items have been ordered

Creating a Pick

Follow the same steps to create a vendor PO above, but change the source option to ‘Warehouse Pick’
