Creating a Ship Schedule
Oasis can do a relatively good of creating a ship schedule, provided all the information is up-to-date. In cases where the project is not all being ordered at once and we need to keep track of when things are ordered, as well as shipped, we need to create the ship shedule in excel.
Ship Schedules from Oasis
- Before printing the schedule, update any possible shipping information
- Then go to Reports -> Order Status or Send Shipping Status (they appear to be the same)
- Confirm there are no ‘pending items
- If there are pending items, go back to the order, print the order, select the items which are pending and select internal change and print (they are pending because Oasis thinks they need to be sent/resent to the manufacturer still)
- When printing the ship schedule, for some reason the emailed version is not as clean as the PDF version. Therefore it’s preferred to save it as a PDF first, as oppose to sending it via email directly from Oasis
Ship Schedules in Excel
