3. Sending RFQs / BOM

After we enter the Fixture Schedule and part numbers, we need to request pricing from our Vendors

RFQ = Request for Quote from Manufacturer
BOM = Bill of Material

Printing RFQs

Got to print -> RFQs -> choose Manufacturer
Note, you can only print 1 RFQ at a time
Often not ideal because reps often represent more than one manufacturer

Printing BOM

Go to print -> BOM
Send to Jason or Katie
Include copy off counted plans (especially if linear is included)
